- Frozen berries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 crushed ice cubes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothened well. Serve immediately. This smoothie can be a lovely accompaniment to any breakfast.
